Erin Mills brings 10 years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing strategy and brand management spanning the fields of technical consumer products, business software and high-tech. Prior to founding Think Marketing, Erin directed marketing efforts at Teleflora Technologies, Sameday Technologies, an Idealab company, and SOAP. Previously, Erin implemented brand strategies and international sales and marketing plans for technology and business service clients at Weller & O’Sullivan and 138 Degrees, both full service advertising agencies. Having had the benefit of working on re-branding efforts for such well-known brands as NBC and Pioneer Electronics, as well as performing international product launches that resulted in 2000% revenue growth and a dominant market share position, Erin brings clients a particular expertise in organic business development and growth. Additionally, her communications work has garnered her clients coverage in national publications such as BusinessWeek, Newsweek, USA Today, Forbes, Fortune, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, as well as top trade and local publications. Erin is also a regular speaker at various industry events and marketing panels.

Erin received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also serves on the board of Peace & Joy Care Center, California’s largest and Los Angeles’ oldest homeless, battered women and children’s shelter.

 

 

Emi Harnden is a versatile senior marketing strategist with more than 15 years of marketing management, business development and channel management expertise. Emi provides strategic and marketing leadership to numerous companies, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and has been instrumental in developing pre-transactional brand valuation resulting in multiple mergers, acquisitions and a successful public listing on NASDAQ.

Prior to joining Think Marketing in 2004 as our Senior Strategy Consultant, Emi led worldwide corporate and channel marketing efforts at PeopleSupport, Teleflora and GoldMine Software. Emi provides extensive expertise in project management, business process improvement, and customer relationship management systems. She has a proven track record in applying marketing practices and program development to help grow business and increase company valuation through tactical planning and execution. Additionally, Emi develops and conducts sales and marketing workshops with a focus on applying the practical aspects of marketing to the total sales process.

Emi earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Of personal interest, Emi is currently studying Eastern philosophy and religion at the University of California, Riverside.

 

 

Darren Frale has been working in the graphic arts field for over 7 years. Prior to joining Think as our in-house graphic designer in 2005, Darren worked extensively as a freelance graphic designer and held various office management, contract negotiation and business management positions. A seasoned business professional, Darren is able to apply his strong business background to his design work in order produce print and web designs that are strategically aligned to our customer’s business objectives.

Darren holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Darren is also an accomplished traveler, having visited over 50 countries.

 

 

Stephanie Deakins is an accomplished marketing professional who brings over 6 years of brand development, product marketing and direct marketing experience in the wireless, B-to-B and nonprofit fields. Her professional experience ranges from developing national brand campaigns to highly-targeted lead generation programs. Prior to joining Think, Stephanie held a marketing management position at Voce Wireless where she focused on brand creation, and product marketing, launching 15 new products and services in 2007. While at MAGIC International, the world’s largest apparel trade show, she managed numerous direct mail and email campaigns that drove show participation of 100,000 attendees and over 3,000 exhibitors.  At JFS LA, a 150-year-old non-profit, Stephanie was responsible for creating and implementing brand guidelines for 62 sites throughout Los Angeles County. 

Stephanie earned her bachelor’s degree in fine art from Georgia State University, and has studied in Japan, Costa Rica and Italy.  Additionally, she is an active volunteer with Inside Out Community Arts in Venice, CA.

 

 

Stephanie Wejbe joins the Think Marketing team with over four years of traditional marketing and public relations experience. Her professional background includes marketing communications, online media, and event production. Prior to joining Think, Stephanie managed the development of marketing materials for CauseForce, a leading fundraising events organization for nonprofit groups in Canada. While at Canon Communications, LLC she spearheaded the public relations and online marketing campaigns for their national Medical Device Excellence Awards event and was directly responsible for driving media coverage for Canon’s medical device, pharmaceutical, and packaging tradeshows. Additionally, Stephanie has worked in the public sector by assisting the Technical Operations team of the Los Angeles County Fire Department with writing federal grant proposals.

Stephanie received her of Bachelor of Arts in English with a minor in Sociology from the University of California, Riverside. She is also a trained dancer in Salsa and continues to pursue outlets in creative writing.

 

 

  

Ria Gardner assists the Think Marketing team with administrative, office management and HR duties.  With over ten years of client services experience, Ria brings to Think a versatile background that ranges from coordinating private and high profile celebrity events and fund raising for non profit organizations to film production. 

Ria holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and is currently working on a Masters Degree in Psychology at Pepperdine University.  Her personal interests include photography, theater and dance.  Ria also volunteers as a Big Sister for Big Brothers Big Sisters.
