
| | Erin Mills brings 14 years of experience in marketing communications, product marketing strategy and brand management spanning the fields of technical consumer products, business software and high-tech. Prior to founding Think Marketing, Erin directed marketing efforts at Teleflora Technologies, Sameday Technologies, an Idealab company, and SOAP. Previously, Erin implemented brand strategies and international sales and marketing plans for technology and business service clients at Weller & O’Sullivan and 138 Degrees, both full-service advertising agencies. Having had the benefit of working on re-branding efforts for such well-known brands as NBC and Pioneer Electronics, as well as performing international product launches that resulted in 2000% revenue growth and a dominant market share position, Erin brings clients a particular expertise in organic business development and growth. Additionally, her communications work has garnered her clients coverage in national publications such as BusinessWeek, Newsweek, USA Today, Forbes, Fortune, New York Times, Wall Street Journal, as well as top trade and local publications. Erin is also a regular speaker at various industry events and marketing panels, including having been invited by Yahoo to present to their marketing staff, and currently serving on the prestigious Ad Age Insights panel. Erin received her bachelor’s degree in history from the University of California, Los Angeles. She also served 5 years on the board of Peace & Joy Care Center, California’s largest and Los Angeles’ oldest homeless, battered women and children’s shelter. |

| | Emi Harnden is a versatile senior marketing strategist with more than 19 years of marketing management, business development and channel management expertise. Emi provides strategic and marketing leadership to numerous companies, ranging from pre-revenue start-ups to Fortune 100 companies and has been instrumental in developing pre-transactional brand valuation resulting in multiple mergers, acquisitions and a successful public listing on NASDAQ. Prior to joining Think Marketing in 2004, Emi led worldwide corporate and channel marketing efforts at PeopleSupport, Teleflora and GoldMine Software. Emi provides extensive expertise in project management, business process improvement, and customer relationship management systems. She has a proven track record in applying marketing practices and program development to help grow business and increase company valuation through tactical planning and execution. Additionally, Emi develops and conducts sales and marketing workshops with a focus on applying the practical aspects of marketing to the total sales process. Emi earned her bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Loyola Marymount University, Los Angeles. Of personal interest, Emi is currently studying Eastern philosophy and religion at the University of California, Riverside. |
 | | Kristine Luna joins the Think Marketing team with 5 years of traditional marketing and start-up experience. Her background includes marketing communications, branding strategy, online media, fundraising, and event production. Prior to joining Think, Kristine worked on the beautiful island of Oahu as a marketing specialist for Pipeline Micro, a start-up technology company developing liquid cooling systems for consumer and home electronics products, alternative energy photovoltaic, and LED lighting systems. She focused the company’s marketing efforts on developing the most strategic programs to attract and engage investors, customers, and business partners. In addition, she created a successful branding strategy for acquisition. After Pipeline Micro was acquired, Kristine became a consultant to a California solar company that develops utility-scale solar PV projects. Kristine’s experience includes designing and producing marketing and promotional collateral,producing public relations programs that have garnered local and international coverage, e-newsletters, working and running international tradeshows, and creating business and partner development programs. Additionally, Kristine worked for the Philharmonic Society of Orange County doing marketing and special events where she was able to bring together her love of the arts and marketing. Kristine received her Bachelor of Arts in Sociology, with a minor in Business Management from the University of California, Irvine. She was also a competitive ice skater for ten years throughout her adolescence and young adulthood and has now channeled that passion into long-distance running. |

Barclay Neel is our most recent addition to the Think Marketing team. He brings over 7 years of client-focused service experience in a multitude of various business and non-profit settings. Prior to joining Think to assist with business and client operations, Barclay worked as a case manager and supervisor at a private supported living services agency in Northern California. In addition to managing staff and ensuring the delivery of proper care, he was integral in making systematic changes to ensure the optimal functioning of client, staff, and family support. Barclay brings a wide variety of management skills to help Think staff and clients with important day-to-day processes and programs. Barclay received his Bachelor of Arts in History from the University of California, Santa Barbara, and his Masters Degree in Social Work from San Diego State University. He is an avid sports enthusiast and spends his spare time enjoying the outdoors. |
