Instant InfoSystems, a leading provider of Enterprise Message Management Solutions, became a Think Marketing client in 2005. Working with their internal sales and marketing staff, we took an integrated approach to marketing to specific customer segments. Our targeted methodology provided their customers with tailored, meaningful marketing messages that increased customer loyalty and sales.

Work Highlights

We developed a direct mail campaign to go out to prospects in the very competitive mortgage industry. The message and design had to appeal to this target demographic while standing out. A huge success, Instant InfoSystems was kept very busy with this lead generation program.

 

 

In conjunction with Instant InfoSystems direct mail efforts, we also developed an email marketing campaign that allowed for easy follow-up to prospects in their database. By integrating it with their in-house sales force automation solution, we were able to instantly see which email messages were working best and then optimize the campaign for maximum results.

 

 

We developed a series of newsletters for Instant InfoSystems as part of a multi-touch, “drip marketing” campaign to help them stay in touch with their prospects. Providing prospects with meaningful information on a regular basis is an ideal way to increase customer loyalty and sales.
